River Raid is a shooter video game written by Carol Shaw and published by Activision in 1982. Very soon, River Raid was ported to all 8-bit computers and became the standard for vertically scrolling game.

You are in the role of fighter jet pilot who literally must shoot on everything what moving on the screen. They're attacking you choppers, jets airplanes, warships, while obstacles are also the bridges. During the mission, you must periodically refuel, flying over a rectangle with that inscription. Your flight is especially hampered by inaccessible terrain with tight corridors, bridges, earthen islands etc.

Goal and story is simple, so, prepare your fingers and let's rock.
