Bruce Lee - Amstrad CPC

Bruce Lee is a platform video game created by Ron J. Fortier in 1984 for Atari computers. After some time the game was published by California-based Datasoft Inc. Graphics are designed by Kelly Day and music by John A. Fitzpatrick. In the same year, Bruce Lee was released for the Commodore 64 and Apple II computers. The market success was followed by releases for the ZX Spectrum and Amstrad CPC by the publisher U.S. Gold, and the following year the game was converted for MSX computers in the Comptiq edition.

Bruce Lee has a total of 20 static rooms where the player collects hanging lamps. When the player collects all the lamps, a secret passage opens and a transition to new rooms where continue to collect lamps. You can jump from platform to platform or climb them with a ladder. All the time player is hinder by a small ninja with a stick and a green sumo wrestler. Against them, the player can use an oi-zuki kick by hand or a yoko geri kick by leg.

As the player progresses in the game, more and more difficult obstacles appear in the form of mines, moving walls or self-activating arrows. On the last level, Bruce Lee meets the main boss, the evil Fire Wizard. If the player wins, the game starts over.
